Jude Paul is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Bonita Springs office, offering elevated service and strategic expertise throughout Southwest Florida's premier coastal markets. Born and raised in Naples and now residing in Fort Myers, he possesses a lifelong understanding of the region's remarkable growth and its standing as one of the country's most desirable luxury destinations.

A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in business management, Jude brings eight years of real estate experience supported by a background in entrepreneurship and pharmaceutical sales. His transition into real estate and fine home development was shaped by hands-on experience alongside his father, Jean, a respected real estate professional. Through building, purchasing and living in properties throughout the region, he developed a comprehensive understanding of construction standards, zoning considerations, valuation strategy and long-term investment performance.

Serving customers from Marco Island to Cape Coral, Jude provides detailed market intelligence, including location analysis, pricing strategy and negotiation guidance. His team was ranked No. 9 by RealTrends Verified in 2025 among small teams in the Fort Myers market.

He is a licensed broker and an active member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Fluent in Creole, he serves a diverse and international clientele and also provides representation in commercial transactions for banks and credit unions.
