Denise Salvador

I was the first person to join the Jude Paul Group and Transaction Nerd team, and I am proud to support both our agents and clients throughout every step of the transaction process. As the Transaction Coordinator, my role is to serve as a steady and organized partner, helping ensure each transaction moves smoothly from listing to contract and all the way through closing.

I work closely with everyone involved to keep timelines on track, details organized, and communication clear. With strong attention to detail and a calm, problem-solving approach, I help navigate challenges as they arise so clients can feel confident and supported during one of the biggest investments of their lives. I also create and manage structured workflows and tasks that keep the entire process clear, consistent, and efficient.

Behind the scenes, I am here to assist, guide, and support, making sure no detail is overlooked and that every client and agent experiences a smooth, collaborative, and well-managed transaction from start to finish.
